  • What is NADA?

    The NADA Show is the world’s premier event for the automotive retail industry, hosted by the National Automobile Dealers Association. Held annually in the United States, it brings together dealership owners, senior leaders, manufacturers, and industry experts from around the globe.



    The show features:

    • Advanced training on sales, marketing, and dealership operations
    • A large-scale expo showcasing the latest automotive technologies and tools
    • Renowned keynote speakers and industry thought leaders

  • Who’s eligible?

    The incentive programme is open to top-performing CFAO Mobility team members in the following roles:


    • New Car Managers
    • Dealer Principals

    Each role is measured against a defined set of performance KPIs. The highest-scoring participants will earn their place at NADA 2027 in Orlando.


  • How is performance measured?

    Performance is measured over a 12-month period (1 February 2026 – 31 December 2026) using clearly defined KPIs aligned to new-car performance. 


    These include:


    • Sales Volume Increase
    • Aging Stock Management
    • 2nd Gross Profit (GP)
    • Lead Conversion Rate

    Each KPI carries a specific weighting. Scores are combined into a single overall performance result.


    Progress will be tracked through regular leaderboard updates, with final qualifiers confirmed ahead of the NADA 2027 trip.
